| Creating a New Folder |  |  |  |
Before beginning work on your new Web page, it is a good idea to create a folder into which you will put all the files associated with your new page. This folder may be on a disk, on your desktop, or on your hard drive. Organizing a Web site into folders makes sense if you are building a large site with many pages.
In order to keep these activities simple, we ask that you just put all the files associated with your page on one floppy disk. In effect, you will be treating your floppy as one big folder.
Activity: Place a floppy disk into the "A" drive.
Now that you have a place to put all of the materials associated with your new Web page, you can begin creating content.
